About me
Am I the most knowledgeable person on the planet when it comes to talent assessment and predictive hiring tools and related tech? Probably so.
With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and over two decades of experience as an independent voice in talent assessments and predictive hiring tech, my mission is to educate companies, helping them build and utilize science based systems that reduce the friction in the hiring process and create value.
I am the only technically trained analyst for this market and have tracked it for over 20 years. I maintain a database of almost 400 providers which I use to help my clients find ideal vendor partners, study market trends, and stay ahead of the innovation curve.
I am also a futurist who believes that AI will completely transform hiring. I promote curious exploration of this complex topic through a mindset of “safe innovation” that can only be achieved through preparation, careful review, hands on experience, and cross functional collaboration.
Through my writings, teaching, and consulting, I demystify complex topics into practical, understandable, and actionable terms.
I am passionate about vintage cars and love to build, drive, and enjoy them whenever I can!
